ある日、心優しい少年ユウはペットのポチといつものように遊んでいました。
One day, a boy named Yu was playing as usual with his friend Pochi.
楽しいいつもの日常。
Same as usual,happy day.
暗い渦の中から現れた謎の怪人が、ポチを連れ去ってしまったのです。
A monster appeared out of the dark vortex and took Pochi away.
「また間に合わなかったか…」
"I guess I didn't make it in time again."
ユウが絶望していると、誰かが近づいてきました。
As Yu was feeling down, someone approached him.
「トク爺」と名乗った仙人のようなお爺さんから謎の怪人のこと、ポチを助けるためには「エンパワメント」を理解し、
星のかけらを集める必要があることを教わりました。
He identified himself as "Tokuji," and told Yu how to save Pochi and about the monster he had just seen.
Tokuji said that in order to save Pochi, he had to collect pieces of stars.
そしてユウは、アメリーという妖精とともに、星のかけらを集める旅に出ます。
So Yu set out on a journey to collect pieces of stars with Amelie the fairy.

The International Developmental Care Laboratory at the University of Tsukuba conducts research on the science of empowerment.
Empowerment means giving people dreams and hopes, encouraging them, and drawing out the wonderful life force that people inherently possess.
Based on the premise that everyone has unlimited potential, the science of empowerment is about creating an environment in which people can realize their full potential.
Empowerment is the power of relationship.
